I am an independent consultant focusing on personal safety, risk management, change management, performance improvement and process improvement projects. With over 20 years of experience in this area, I've worked with major organizations throughout the US, and across a variety of industries including construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, electric utilities, and information technology. I've helped clients in various ways, including defining, managing, facilitating and coaching large process change, safety, and performance improvement programs.
While the majority of my clients have been major corporations, I also have experience working with family-owned businesses and non-profit organizations that are facing specific issues or transitions.
APPROACH
I'm a practical, hands-on, results-oriented professional. Exercising my commitment to getting the job done, I am comfortable working up, down and across organizational lines, with executives and front line staff alike. I bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, and excellent project management and problem solving skills to the teams I work with - always maintaining a focus on tangible, practical business outcomes.
